The premier Surrey retirement accommodation consists of 35 completely self-contained apartments. Our apartments are arranged over 3 floors & are easily accessed via 2 lifts & a set of stairs. We have a very attractive set of communal facilities which are available to all of our guests including a large & comfortable lounge, a well equipped dining room & a hobbies room.

It is important to note that the premier Surrey retirement accommodation is not a nursing home or a residential care home. The sole purpose of our accommodation is to help relatively fit & active people retain their sense of independence whilst removing the necessity to maintain a house & garden.

The number one Surrey retirement accommodation is ideally located within easy walking distance of a range of local amenities so nothing needs to be a chore & if you so require we can even have our staff undertake your shopping for you. We ensure that your apartment is cleaned for you on a weekly basis & we will also undertake other domestic duties for you such as washing & ironing.

As well as being ideally located in relation to local amenities, we are also easily accessed from London by both road & train.
