| Sycamore Court is managed by
the Owners' Company, Sycamore Court Limited. |

| The Owner of each apartment holds
one share in Sycamore Court Limited and Owners are
the only shareholders. They elect their own Board
of Directors (who are also Owners in the Court),
and they meet regularly to consider business and
the running of the Court. |

| The Manager and the Duty House
Managers handle the day-to-day management of the
Court. |
| |
| |
| In addition to the Board there
are three Advisory Committees looking after House
and Catering, Social and Gardening activities. These
committees are also made up of Owners. |

"The Owners' Company, Sycamore Court Limited, owns the freehold of Sycamore
Court and, since every Owner has a share in this Company, in effect the
freehold is shared amongst all the Owners.
In early 2010, most Owners extended their leases and now have nine hundred
and ninety year leases from the year of development, 1992." |
