
In many similar developments the cost of repairs, maintenance and redecoration of the building is met by calls on Owners to pay for these often substantial amounts as they arise. In the case of Sycamore Court these charges are spread over time by a contribution to the monthly Service Charge. Owners do, of course, pay for the cost of repairs and maintenance to their own apartments.
Owners are also responsible for their own utility
bills, council tax, TV licence (if applicable)
and household contents insurance. |
