On the first floor there is a well equipped guest suite for visitors to the Court.

Each apartment has gas-fired central heating with radiators, double glazing, window locks to all windows, an alarm call system with pull cords in each room, a built in electric oven, hob and cooker hood.
 
Apartments available through the premier standard of retirement accommodation to rent in Surrey are cleaned weekly, there is a laundry and ironing service if required and, by arrangement, staff will undertake additional domestic services such as shopping.
